Sow rudbeckia seeds in cell packs or flats, press into soil, do not cover. Kept at 70°F., germination is in 2-3 weeks. Can direct sow into prepared seed beds after all danger of frost, in groups of 3-4 seeds, spaced 12-18 in. apart.
